DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Document Cartel sells digital products only. No physical item will be packaged or shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

Purchased files are delivered electronically through the download link provided after checkout and/or by email. Delivery is generally immediate, but processing or email delays may occasionally occur.

If you do not receive your files, please check your spam or promotions folder and verify that the email address entered during checkout is correct. If you still need assistance, contact eliaswolfmom@gmail.com with your name and order number. We generally respond within two business days.
