DIGITAL PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Document Cartel sells downloadable digital products. No physical products are shipped.

Because customers receive immediate access to digital files, purchases are generally final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after delivery. This does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if:

• A file is missing, corrupted, or cannot be downloaded.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product is materially different from its listing description.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide technical assistance, a corrected or replacement file, or a refund. Refunds are not provided for accidental purchases, failure to read the product description, change of mind, or incompatibility with software clearly identified in the listing.
